Bio
	Krista is a transactional attorney focusing on business and commercial real estate law. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, contract review and drafting, corporate compliance, commercial financing, business formations, corporate governance, and strategic alliances.  She has extensive experience in buying and selling businesses and loves doing deals.  Krista’s real estate experience includes purchases, sales, and financing of commercial real estate. She enjoys working with small and medium sized businesses across a variety of industries, including automobile, professional services, hospitality, retail and wholesale, real estate development, and software development.
	
	
Prior to becoming an attorney, Krista worked as a senior associate at an international consulting firm, as part of the Corporate Forensics and Analytics practice group. In addition to her work on various forensic accounting engagements, Krista completed complex financial analyses for large securities litigation cases.
	
	
Krista serves on the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar Business Law Section as Chair-Elect.
	
	
Born and raised in Southwest Portland, Krista is an avid fan of the Oregon Ducks and New York Yankees.
