Mark Wada Appointed to ELFA Legal Committee

Mark Wada has accepted an invitation to join the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association Legal Committee where he will work with other attorneys to address legal issues in the equipment finance industry. His appointment is for a three-year term.

Mark has expertise in representing banks, commercial lenders, private equity funds, equipment lessors and other financial service providers, and has extensive experience representing equipment lessors and other commercial lenders in commercial loan and lease documentation, real estate financings, workout negotiations, portfolio acquisitions, collections and bankruptcy matters.
