Kathy Salyer and Tara Schleicher will present a seminar on February 10, 2010, to the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM®)  Oregon-Columbia River Chapter No. 29. The seminar to property managers, vendors, and other real estate management professionals is entitled "Collections, Bankruptcy & Eviction – How to Deal with Tenants."

Kathy has been a litigation attorney for more than 20 years and her practice focuses on complex commercial and consumer litigation. In addition to being an attorney, Kathy is a certified fraud examiner and conducts internal investigations of employee theft and wrongdoing.

Tara's practice emphasizes bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation. She is certified by the American Board of Certification as a business bankruptcy specialist, and represents all types of parties in all types of insolvency matters.
