Law Practice

Jason's practice focuses primarily on commercial collections and litigation, bankruptcy matters, and enforcement of creditors' rights where he protects clients' interests, rights and remedies both inside and outside court proceedings.

Jason regularly represents equipment leasing companies and other commercial lenders in litigation and bankruptcy matters to protect their collateral and maximize their recovery, and is an active member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA). 

Representative Matters

Jason represents commercial and consumer creditors in Oregon and Washington on the following matters:

  • Equipment lease enforcement and collection
  • Commercial collection and replevin actions
  • Contract forfeitures
  • Construction lien foreclosures
  • Non-judicial and judicial real estate foreclosures
  • Pre-judgment and post-judgment executions, garnishments, and provisional process actions
  • Motions for relief from the automatic stay
  • Bankruptcy litigation, including nondischargeability actions
