Board Certified - Business Bankruptcy - American Board of Certification

Peter McKittrick and Tara Schleicher are board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification (ABC). They became certified after passing rigorous examinations and meeting meticulous standards to demonstrate their knowledge in bankruptcy law.

ABC is a nonprofit organization sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute and accredited by the American Bar Association. ABC certification provides an objective standard to assist the public in making informed decisions when choosing attorneys. ABC certification is voluntary and encourages attorneys to strive toward excellence and recognizes attorneys who have met ABC's high standards.

Board Certified - Civil Trial Specialist - National Board of Trial Advocacy

Brad Stanford is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). NBTA is a nonprofit organization that seeks to improve the quality of trial advocacy and aid in the selection of experienced and highly qualified trial lawyers. NBTA is accredited by the American Bar Association and is the only nationally recognized organization that certifies trial attorneys.

The standards set forth by NBTA are challenging and meaningful. In order to become certified as a Civil Trial Advocate a lawyer must pass a rigorous written exam and meet strict criteria. NBTA certification is voluntary and proclaims to the public that the certified lawyer possesses integrity, dedication, and expertise in trial advocacy.

Kathy Salyer is a certified fraud examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), a global association dedicated to providing anti-fraud education and training. A certified fraud examiner is a specialist trained to aid in the detection, investigation, and recovery of financial fraud.

Kathy has years of legal experience related to fraud and maintains the high standards and requirements held by the ACFE. She represents several national and local financial institutions and businesses committed to reducing business fraud and has investigated fraud in its grand multitude of forms, ranging from simple theft to hidden asset transfers to complicated accounting schemes.
